Last Saturday, on a bright and sunny day in Quebec City, Georges Moreau, Guilbault’s vice president sales and marketing, stepped into volunteers’ shoes to lend a hand to the Fondation Élan during its "Fête des Mers” mariner’s feast. This year’s fundraising activity raised $55,000. This money will fund unmet material and financial needs of users of the Institut de réadaptation en déficience physique de Québec or IRDPQ (rehabilitation center for the physically and intellectually impaired in Quebec City).
A firm believer in the importance of the work done with families by the various IRDPQ teams, Guilbault has been a proud partner of the Fondation Élan for several years now. Our company not only provides financial support to the foundation but also trailers when needed.
In addition to its use for transporting all the materials and equipment required to hold the foundation’s fundraising events, you must admit that a trailer with Guilbault’s colours also offers a beautiful backdrop for the volunteers’ group photo ;)
