Guilbault is transitioning to the TruckMate system!

We are pleased to announce that Guilbault will be replacing its Transportation Management System (TMS) with TruckMate software. The go-live date is scheduled for Saturday, March 16, 2024. 

In conjunction with this TMS change, several impacts and improvements are anticipated, including: 

• A new web platform for transactions and communication through the Customer Portal; 
• A new order-taking department; 
• The need to provide complete information for each transport request (one request per consignee): billing client, shipper, consignee, quantity, weight, volume (cubage), specific pickup and/or delivery requirements, reference number (all information found on the bill of lading).
