The Quebec Ministry of Transport has announced the dates for the 2026 spring thaw period. We would like to remind you of the importance of respecting load limits during this period in order to ensure safe operations and avoid unnecessary costs or delays.
Quebec
Zone 1: March 16 (12:01 a.m.) to May 15 (11:59 p.m.)
Zone 2: March 23 (12:01 a.m.) to May 22 (11:59 p.m.)
Zone 3: March 30 (12:01 a.m.) to May 29 (11:59 p.m.)
Depending on weather conditions, the start or end of the load restriction period may be moved forward or delayed.
